Celtic Island Music Festival - Sunday

Celtic Island Music Festival – Sunday

Let’s end summer with a great party on Toronto Island! Saturday will be the first of two days of programming for the 2025 Celtic Island Music Festival. There will be cold drinks, great food and incredible views on the best patio in the city.

This event is hosted by the St. Patrick’s Parade Society of Toronto in partnership with LIUNA and the St. Andrew’s Society. Special thanks to the governments of Scotland and Ireland for their financial support.

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE

The stage will feature an amazing afternoon of Celtic music and dance. Local media personality Hugo Straney is returning as Master of Ceremonies. Doors will open at noon with programming running between 1-6pm.

The final schedule will be posted closer to event day. Sunday’s lineup will include:

  • Aspects of Dance Highland Team

  • Graham School of Irish Dance

  • Michael Darcy & The Atlantic Tramps

  • Jim Maxwell

TICKETS

This event sold out well in advance last year so we recommend that you do not wait to reserve your spot. Advance tickets will go on sale on August 7th for $15. A limited number may be available at the door for $20. Children under 12 are admitted for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

There is no reserved seating. Guests may choose their spot on a first come, first served basis.

This event will go on rain or shine. There are covered areas to get out of the sun or to stay dry if needed.

TRANSPORTATION

Event tickets do not include transportation. Guests may arrive via water taxi or the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. Those coming via ferry are encouraged to buy their tickets online in advance.

THE VENUE

The Toronto Island BBQ & Beer Company is located beside the main ferry dock on Centre Island. The deck is fully licensed with an unbeatable view of the city skyline. No pets will be allowed on the premises other than service animals.
